Outrider, which is more commonly referred to by its special weapon name (Sparrow), is one of the playable specialist classes seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Right now it’s easily the most popular. It has a powerful weapon that can one-hit kill enemies from range and a unique, useful ability.
Outrider’s real name is Alessandra Castillo. She is a Hispanic woman that is associated with the Brazilian Special Forces. In the BSF she specialized in taking out enemy targets from long distances.
“Developed keen observation skills growing up in the streets of the Favela, traversing the rooftops to watch the action of the city below, and this earned her a place in the ranks of the Brazilian Special Forces. She outsmarts enemies by finding them before they have a chance to know what hit them.”
The weapon that the outrider specialist has access to is the Sparrow. This is a ridiculously powerful compound bow that can be fired until the player’s special energy is expired or until the player is killed.
Each shot is capable of a one-hit kill. The real kicker, though, is that the bow seems to have extraordinary range. The longer you draw back an arrow, the further it can travel. It’s an excellent weapon for players with high accuracy.

The Outrider class also has one of the most unique abilities of all the specialists. Aptly named Vision Pulse, this ability, when activated, sends out sonar-like waves that penetrate walls and other surfaces, giving the player the ability to see enemies through objects.
This ability makes it easy to track down campers and wipe them out before they even know what hit them. It’s a good bit more powerful than the Tracker perk, which just allows you to see digital footprints of nearby opponents.
